ALBANY, N.Y. (NEWS10) — The United States Department of Justice announced the results of Operation Restore Justice on Wednesday. This operation was an enforcement effort to track, identify, and arrest child sex abusers.
Throughout the five-day enforcement initiative, 205 offenders were arrested and 115 children were rescued nationwide. Of the nationwide enforcement throughout all 55 Federal Bureau of Investigation field offices, the Child Exploitation and Obscenity Section in the Department’s Criminal Division, and United States Attorney’s Offices, eight people were arrested in the Northern District of New York for allegedly producing, distributing, or possessing child sex abuse materials.

- Max Fishkind, 24, of New Paltz
- Kenneth House, 59, of Pine Planes
- Terry Mead Jr., 49, of Watervliet
- Devine Ravine, 20, of Riverside, California
- Bryan Silva, 32, a Brazilian citizen living in Schenectady
- Gary Yorkshire, 68, of Scotia
The defendants face a sentence of post-release supervision of at least five years and up to life, a fine, restitution, forfeiture of the devices used to commit the alleged crime, and special assessments if convicted.
